In celebration of World Environment Day, under the guidance of the Honorable Governor of the Western Province, the Western Provincial Council and the Western Provincial Ministry of Local Government, together with the Western Provincial Waste Management Authority, organized a series of programs over the course of a week.

The final event of this program series, which was the main environmental day celebration of the Western Province, was held today at the Mihisaru Resource Management Center under the leadership of the Honorable Governor of the Western Province.
The event was attended by the Secretary of the Western Provincial Ministry of Local Government, the Chairperson and the Director of the Western Provincial Waste Management Authority, along with several officials from the Western Provincial Council.
