Coastal Zone Clean-up Program

In celebration of World Environment Day, a series of programs were organized under the guidance of the Honorable Governor of the Western Province.

Accordingly, the Western Provincial Council, together with the Western Provincial Waste Management Authority, organized a clean-up campaign under the theme “Coastal Zone Clean-up” on the 6th day of Environment Week, held in parallel with World Environment Day.
This program took place along the Dehiwala–Mount Lavinia coastal area.
