Under the PHINLA project, a meeting of registered resource collectors in the Ja Ala local council jurisdiction was held on the 26th at Word Vison Institute. It was chaired by Mr. Meryl Perera, Chairman of the Western Provincial Waste Management Authority and Honorary Chairman of the Sri Lankan National Committee of the Global PHINLA Project.
