The Sri Lanka Coastal Cleanup Center and the University of Kelaniya and the CSS Division in collaboration with the Western Provincial Waste Management Authority recently held a program to clean the Uswatakeiyawa beach.

A group of guests including Mr. Meril Perera, Chairman of the Waste Management Authority, were present for this.
