Under the PHINLA 01 project, a workshop to register registered resource collectors in the Wattala local council jurisdiction for PHINLA 02 was held under the chairmanship of Mr. Merrill Perera, the chairman of the Western Provincial Waste Management Authority and the honorary chairman of the Sri Lanka National Committee of the global PHINLA project.
