The opening ceremony of the Western Provincial Governor's Cup, which is held with the aim of developing cooperation between the inter-institutions of the Western Provincial Council, was held at the Battaramulla Buddhadasa Stadium on the 16th, according to the concept of Mr. Pradeep Yasaratne, the Honorable Chief Secretary of the Western Provincial Council.
